Zufanshop offers the option to sign in using your Google account via OAuth 2.0. When you choose this option, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS.
• Secure password hashing using modern cryptographic algorithms.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Business data such as inventory records and sales history is retained to support reporting and compliance needs. Upon account termination, data may be retained for a reasonable period before deletion, in accordance with applicable law and your organization's data management policies.

Zufanshop uses cookies and browser local storage to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences (such as theme settings and active branch). These are strictly necessary for the platform to function correctly. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

Zufanshop is intended for use by business professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact your administrator immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
